At DigiSeniors, we believe that age should never be a barrier to staying connected in our increasingly digital world. Our mission is to empower elderly residents of Hong Kong with the digital skills needed to maintain meaningful connections with their loved ones and navigate essential online services with confidence.
We understand that many seniors feel left behind by the rapid pace of technological change. That's why we've created a supportive, patient learning environment specifically designed for older adults. Our instructors speak Cantonese, English, and Mandarin to ensure clear communication with all participants.
Through personalized instruction and hands-on practice, we help seniors master everyday technologies like WhatsApp, video calling, online shopping, and digital government services. We focus not just on teaching technical skills but on building confidence and independence.

We offer a range of specially designed courses to help seniors navigate the digital world. Each program is tailored to the specific needs of elderly learners, with plenty of hands-on practice and personalized support.
Learn to send messages, share photos, and create group chats to stay connected with family and friends. This 3-session course covers installation, account setup, basic messaging, voice messages, video calls, and privacy settings.
Master various video calling platforms including WhatsApp, Zoom, and FaceTime. Learn how to join calls, schedule meetings, troubleshoot common issues, and use features like screen sharing and virtual backgrounds.
Navigate essential online services including food delivery, transportation booking, government e-services, and online shopping. This comprehensive course covers account creation, secure payment methods, and how to stay safe online.
Get personalized one-on-one assistance with any digital device or application. Our patient tutors can help with specific challenges like setting up new devices, organizing photos, or troubleshooting technical problems.

Our instructors come from diverse backgrounds - from tech professionals to university students and retirees. The most important qualifications are patience, clear communication skills, and a genuine desire to help seniors bridge the digital divide.
